Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and budgets
  • Support accounting team with month-end closing processes
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and discrepancies
  • Help with invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable tasks
  • Contribute to business strategy meetings, providing input and analysis
  • Participate in market research and data gathering for new business opportunities
  • Support general office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization
  • Assist in administrative duties related to financial documentation and reporting
  • Help with the preparation of tax filings and compliance documentation
  • Collaborate with team members on special projects

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and business operations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, etc.) is a plus
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
  • Previous internship experience is a plus but not required
