Vendors are required to operate no less than six (6) days.
We’re looking for high-quality, Bahamian-made products across a variety of categories. This includes handcrafted goods, beauty and wellness items, fine art, pre-packaged food & beverage goods, and fashion.
Each unit is approximately 106 sqft.
The lease is structured on a year-to-year basis, with an initial 12-month term and the option to renew for an additional year upon approval.
$300 per month for the first year
$600 per month for the second year, subject to contract renewal
To support your launch, a total of three (3) payments are waived at set intervals during your first year.
The lease includes utilities (electricity, water and internet) along with a cash-based Point of Sale (POS) system.
Yes! Shared spaces are welcome. Applicants may partner with another approved vendor to co-occupy a unit.
The Tourism Development Corporation will only provide Standard Public Liability Policy. No content insurance coverage will be provided.
